UFC Middleweight beats Yoel Romero will be getting his 4th shot at a UFC title on November 6th at Madison Square Garden.
The UFC has been scrambling since it was revealed that Jon Jones will not be ready to fight at UFC 230.
Tyron Woodley was the next choice but he has been sidelined due to a thumb injury so the UFC went outside the box. They offered Yoel Romero a shot at the Light Heavyweight interim title versus none other than Alexander Gustafsson.
UFC seriously discussing booking Yoel Romero vs. Alexander Gustafsson at light heavyweight for the MSG card on 11/3, according to multiple sources. The fight isn’t finalized, though. A title would be on the line with both interim and official options discussed.

We spoke with Yoel’s camp and they have confirmed that they accepted the fight and are just waiting on Gustafsson.
